Chris is currently working as a principal solutions architect for the worlds largest open source software company, Red Hat, covering the financial services sector in the UK. His role is to support customers technically throughout the sales cycle and to demonstrate how the innovation factory of open source software development can provide real business value to them. This includes technologies such as containers, OpenShift, OpenStack, software defined storage and others, all built upon Linux and other open source projects.

Chris is an experienced enterprise and solution architect with over 15 years of experience in a range of disciplines and roles spanning professional services, systems architecture, business consultancy, enterprise architecture and now solutions architecture. He has covered a vast range of industries ranging from retail through to high performance computing, with financial services my current focus.
